1 move - 3 ways

Greetings all!  One of the things I love most about fitness and exercise is that moves can be adapted for most levels.  If you're just starting out or you've been around the "fitness" block for years, you can modify moves or take them up a notch!

Here's a move from my up-coming *ONLINE BOOTCAMP* that is sure to get results at any level!

Jumping jacks 
Level 1 - step out with right arm, right leg and tap, repeat on left side
Level 2 - standard jump in and out jack
Level 3 - take that jack low into a squat!
